Meet Customer Service

Susan Kay, an RDH, was a clinical coordinator at Loyola University School of Dentistry where she helped create the pre-clinical orientation program. When the dental school closed, she went on to work for a major dental product manufacturer and then came to Safco in 2005. She balances all this dental knowledge with her love for journalism, and is actually in the process of writing a novel.
